A steady place to do
the hard, hopeful work
of healing.
Counseling for grief, loss, life transitions, and the moments that ask more of you than you feel you have — in person in Durango, Colorado, and across Colorado by telehealth.
My approach
I believe healing isn't about fixing what's broken in you — it's about learning to carry what's hard with more room to breathe, and reconnecting with what matters most.
When grief is part of what brought you here, I draw on a companioning model: I'm not here to move you through stages or timelines, but to walk alongside you as you find your own way forward. Grief isn't a problem to solve — it's something to be witnessed. My work is grounded in narrative and acceptance and commitment-based approaches, which means we won't spend our time trying to eliminate difficult feelings. Instead, we examine stories and build a different relationship with them — one where pain doesn't have to stop you from living a full, values-driven life.
Wherever you're starting from, my hope is that our work together feels like a steady, honest place where you are safe, seen, and supported.
Care for the seasons that change everything — grief, loss, and life transitions.
Whatever brought you here, you don’t have to figure it out alone.
